The Los Angeles Clippers can feel a lot better now that one of their stars power forward Blake Griffin have agreed to stay in LA unlike Chris Paul who decided to leave the team. Griffin will be extending his contract to a five-year deal that may earn him up $95 million. He is in the final year of his rookie contract, which will pay him $7.2 million next season.

If you thought last season was Tim Duncan's final season in the NBA you're wrong. Yahoo! Sports reported that Duncan is signing a fully guaranteed three-year deal worth $36 million with the Spurs but has a third year option and the deal includes a no-trade clause. His teammate Boris Diaw, who was a free agent  will be staying in San Antonio as well, agreeing to a two-year, $9 million deal.

And in other trade news, Rashard Lewis has decided to sign with the Miami Heat for  $1.3 million, it looks like the Heat is assembling a squad not to be played with. They trying to go for that repeat.
