Hope Solo has been warned! Goalie for the US womens soccer team Hope Solo has been warned by the USADA for testing positive for on he recent drug test. Hope tested positive for the banned substance called Canrenone. So far she's accepted the warning and is still allowed to play for team USA in the Olympics. Solo claims that she had no idea a medication she took for pre-menstrual purupose contained chemicals in it that would disqualify her.

Canrenone is classified as a specified substance so it's presence in an athlete's sample can result in a reduced sanction. Hope Solo is considered one of the top goal keepers in the world and she helped her team make the final in the World cup would of been a huge loss for team USA if she was not allowed to play.  "As someone who believes in clean sport, I am glad to have worked with USADA to resolve this matter and I look forward to representing my country at the 2012 Olympic Games in London" Solo said.

I'm glad she can play because the girl is definitely good at what she does.
