It is a sad and tragic day in America today...at least 12 people were killed and 38 injured in a shooting at The Dark Night Rises midnight showing in Aurora, Colorado.  CNN reports that among the 12 dead was a 3 month old baby. What is a 3 month old baby doing in a movie theater at midnight is beyond me.

The killer James Holmes, 24 , threw smoke bombs into the theater and starting shooting people in their seats while wearing a gas mask and a bulletproof vest. He was apprehended in the parking lot and did not resist arrest. One rifle, one shotgun, two handguns and smoke devices were recovered from the scene.

CNN interviewed a few witnesses that were there inside the theater giving their accounts of what happened and it really sends chills down my spine:
