With the premiere of movies like The Art of Rap this year, we're sure hip-hop lovers are excited for the documentation of the culture on the big screen. The next movie on the list would be Straight Outta Compton, which would be a biopic of gangsta rap group N.W.A. Director F. Gary Gray has started the casting process and took it to Facebook to publicize his search.

Gray says, "the movie's in progress in this high speed, it's coming along. Hopefully, we'll get it done.”

Former N.W.A. member Ice Cube is looking foward to the movie and also revealed that having his son, Doughboy, portray him in the film would be a “dream come true.”
