You know what they say– more money, more problems and that's the case now for billionaire, Oprah Winfrey.  Oprah recently purchased the barbershop that her father ran for for almost 50 years. Her father’s wife, Barbara Winfrey, blames Oprah for the shop going into foreclosure, because they were given bad advice.

Oprah’s father, Vernon Winfrey, refused to sign off on any bank loans to pay off the building’s debt. Oprah bought the property for just under half of a million dollars. Oprah’s spokesperson commented on how Vernon Winfrey has been a fixture in the community and will continue to run the business, because of Oprah’s support. 

Vernon's wife, Barbara claims that, ”his daughter doesn’t care about the community.”  Vernon Winfrey claims that he and his wife have not been on the best of terms, which was made clear last Tuesday when they filed for divorce.

A statement claiming that Oprah doesn't care about the community is almost laughable, but everyone is entitled to their opinion.
