Kim Kardashian has been making her way around New York City for Fashion Week starting with the DuJour Magazine launch party. At the launch party, we saw her in sexy, skin tight white and black dress showing us her curves. Kim then stepped out at Lord and Taylor for Fashion’s Night Out to show fans her new fragrance called True Reflection. Fans just don’t want to know about her new fragrance, ladies everywhere want to know how do you get her…assets. From Beyonce, to J. LO, to Nikki, to Kim ladies always wonder how to get a booty like these celebrities or at least a better one. Check out these workout tips that fitness professionals recommend to transform your booty.
Squats: Stand with your feet slightly wider than hip-width apart, and point your toes slightly outward. Lower your body as if you’re about to sit on a chair. Don’t arch your back or lock your knees and tighten your abs. Do 1-3 reps, and do 10-15 each rep. To add to this exercise you can hold light dumbbells at your side or you may even use a chair. Both are optional.
Lunges: Stand with your hands on your waistline then proceed to lunge with one foot forward. Keep your back leg straight and bend your front leg. Return to starting position and then bend your other leg. Make sure your knees don’t touch the floor, keep your upper body straight and your abs tight. Do 1-3 reps, and do 10-15 each rep.
You can do both the squats and lunges 2-3 days a week on non consecutive days.
Running, doing steps or step exercises, walking, and biking are other activities that will slim you down and get the booty tight and right. You can ask a trainer at your local gym to show you how to do these exercises correctly but always make sure you consult with a physician before you try anything.
