Don’t let the Thanksgiving holiday or the cold weather stop you from looking fab!

So you ate, and ate, and ate some more over the Thanksgiving weekend and you find that come Monday your clothes are not fitting the same.  Or it's just too cold and between Hurricane Sandy, the nor'easter and the dropping temperatues, you may find yourself not even wanting to go out to the gym to work off your unwanted pounds.  Never let the holidays, the weather, or your cirmcumstances get you down and steer you away from your goals.  Here's a simple workout to try at home when you cannot get out to the gym or do not want to go out in the cold.

The 100 Workout

Do 100 jumping jacks

Do 90 crunches

Do 80 squats

Do 70 leg lifts

Do 60 jumping jacks

Do 50 crunches

Do 40 squats

Do 30 leg lifts

Do 20 jumping Jacks

Run for 10 minutes

Obviously running is not always an option when you cannot withstand the cold weather however you can try doing 10 burpees with pushups, or just pushups on your knees, or military style push ups.  Stay motivated and try your best to work towards completing these exercises.  Be sure to breathe and stretch upon completion and always check with your doctor before you do any exercise routine.
