So you ate, and ate, and ate some more over the Thanksgiving weekend and you find that come Monday your clothes are not fitting the same. Never let the holidays, the weather, or your cirmcumstances get you down and steer you away from your goals. Here's a simple workout to try at home when you cannot get out to the gym or do not want to go out in the cold.

Do 90 crunches
Do 80 squats
Do 70 leg lifts
Do 60 jumping jacks

Do 40 squats
Do 30 leg lifts
Do 20 jumping Jacks
Run for 10 minutes
