Ice-T has transcended the typical rapper's persona and has gone on to conquer other areas of study such as theater/ film, literature and now, he's put on his directors cap to get back to basics.  In his new film, he strives to shine a light on the origins of hip-hop and the craft that gave birth to what we know as hip hop today.  Watch as he elaborates on the project with Angie Martinez and DJ Enuff.
