On Da Reggae Tip is the highest rated Reggae/Calypso show on the radio. Bobby Konders started the show and Jabba has been around from the beginning. Bobby also heads the Massive B record label which has been around for over 10 years. On the Massive B label, you get the finest selections of the genre, from Bounty Killer to Elephant Man.

Bobby Konders and Jabba have promoted some of the largest events in the Reggae community. Jabba has his annual birthday bash in September, "Jabba Strikes Back", and Bobby presents the Massive B Anniversary party in June. Massive B has maintained a strong presence at the West Indian-American Day parade in Brooklyn, assembling the top artists in Hip Hop and Reggae to perform on the Massive B sound system truck.
