OMG, as a survivor of domestic violence I'd like to ask if anyone making judgment calls has ever personally experienced (not witnessed) abuse--emotional or physical? If no, understand that the foundation for your comments is very weak. You have no idea how destructive it is. Abuse is like a hurricane that leaves a mess of confusing & conflicting emotions. Sometimes it takes years to sort through the mess of debris that remains in your life. If this image helps, think of New Orleans in its present state. Have the survivors or has the city fully recovered from Katrina's destruction? Are they "over it?" No, and that city & those who experienced it are permanently changed. That's what it's like for someone who's been abused. So be easy on her she has to sort through these emotions & heal in the public, and I commend her for being strong enough to complete an album through that process. As for Chris, it seems like the underlying tone of his interviews is "how come people are being so hard on me?" Note, I said "underlying tone" not what he has actually said. An example of this is him referring to beating her as "a mistake." A mistake is forgetting to leave a tip after a meal @ a restaurant or sending the wrong document to a client, it's not brutally beating your gf bloody, biting her ear & threatening to kill her. I don't think he gets the magnitude of what he did. If he did, he would better understand why no one wanted to deal w/ him after he beat her; he would've expected it. I don't expect pity when I'm wrong, that's called being accountable. Accountability is what he seems to lack.

Im a Breezy Fan and like Rihanna's music too, on top of that, i know that a guy never has the right to hit a girl but not the whole truth was in that interview. If you pause the video on the text of the police report, you can read that Rihanna threatened to make a phone cal( possibly to Chris' ex girl and this proves that if she was THREATNING him that means shewas really egging him on). Yes, Chris should've walked away and talk about the situation at a later time , but just give him a break, he truly is sorry , knows he is wrong , and just want to have a bright happy future and become a better person. I personally feel bad for Rihanna because she is the "victim" . I just wish this never happened and the media is so bias.

"We" don't get to decide when it is time for someone to "let go." Healing is healing and it is done on the survivor's own time.
Chris may be human, but he has a potential monster brewing inside of him. Youth has nothing to do with it. Batterers need to be held accountable, even if it means public humiliation. Batterers thrive on silence and diverting attention back to the survivors actions. This must stop.

I do believe Chris was extremely wrong for his actions but were all human and humans are known to make mistakes. As for Rihanna I have sympathy for, My only problem is that I feel she's not letting the situation go. Yes! it's somethin that takes time to get over specially if your in love with that particular person but at the same time move on with your life Ri and better yourself! Don't Go Looking For Love Let Love Find You!

I feel like it was wrong what chirs brown did, but at the end of the day he is only human and young. People need to let them move forward in there life. Look what R.Kelly did with having sex with little girls and Bobby and Witney fighting. I did not see the radio bashing them too much , but at the same time people still excepted R.Kelly who like having sex with little girls and thats a big issue. I pray for rihanna and chris brown, but keep your head up chris and keep God in your life you only human and people make mistake nobody is perfect at least you have courage to speak about it unlike some celebrities that's beating up on their girlfriend or commiting adultury.
