Angie Martinez joined TopSpin 2012 last night, as she played Ping Pong for a good cause.

Athletes and celebrities in the New York City area attended the event, including Allan Houston, John Starks, Jerry Stackhouse, New York Giants wide receiver Hakeem Nicks and much more.

The objective of TopSpin's fourth annual Ping Pong Tournament is to raise money to donate to nonprofit organizations that help underprivileged children.

Proceeds of the tournament will be going to, A Better Chance-FM which helps students with their yearly expenses and college prep programs, Change for Kids which provides enrichment programming and special needs support to students and Horizons – Brooklyn Friends School which helps create programs for summer and after-school students.

Angie faced Jerry Stackhouse in a heated match between her and the Brooklyn Nets small forward.

Stackhouse ended up beating Angie 7-3, but both participants were put to shame as two kids followed in an impressive match afterwards.
