In 2011, the legendary Prince was sued for a contract dispute that he lost but on Thursday Prince filed in L.A. County Superior Court, a judge overturned the ruling in October 2011 and said the payment was null and void.
The collection agency, Capital Assist Protection, took money out his account on two separate occasions on behalf of the client in the case. The first amount was for $105,949.14 and the second was for $10,278.94. Now the singer is suing for $116,000 saying the agency acted in error and he wants his money back.
Wow people can touch your money without you knowing? Crazy lol
