Don't be fooled by the lack of signs, the city still doesn't want you to honk your horn.
New York City is pulling down their "Don't Honk" signs due to a movement by the city to take down street signs "that generally go ignored," according to the New York Times.
Although the signs are being taken down, law enforcement can still fine you $350 for overusing that horn.
The argument "there's no sign," won't be taken into consideration as an argument.
