NJ Transit’s No. 113 Express bus were taken on a ride from hell during Thursday’s morning rush when a lost bus driver refused to stop and let passengers out or listen to directions making everyone 2 hours late.
The bus left at 7:00AM and instead of arriving at Port Authority Bus Terminal in Manhattan by the usual 7:39 a.m, it was there at 9:22AM.
NJ Transit released this statement:
"We apologize to our customers for their experience and we plan on reaching out to them," said Nancy Snyder, a spokeswoman for the statewide transportation agency. "Appropriate action will be taken pending the Passengers on the 113 Express contacted NJ Transit about the trip.
The driver’s name was not released.
