Flashing Lights: Steven Tyler Apologizes To Nicki Minaj and Says He's Not Racist

Steven Tyler of Aerosmith and former American Idol judge has issued an apology to Nicki Minaj, after she called him a racist.

Steven made comments about Nicki being a judge on the show and said she would’ve have sent “Bob Dylan to the cornfield" if he had appeared on the show.

Nicki responded on Twitter, "That’s a racist comment. You assume that I wouldn’t have liked Bob Dylan??? why? black? rapper? what? go f*** yourself."

So during a recent interview Steven said , "I apologize if it was taken wrong, Nicki ... but I am the farthest from being a racist." He went on to say, "I am the last thing on this planet as far as being a racist. I don't know where she got that out of me saying I'm not sure how she would've judged Bob Dylan."

I think she might’ve blew this one out of proportion.
