Lindsay Lohan has not been having the best week ever.

Last week she was partying at Club Avenue in Manhattan and ended up getting into a fight with a woman that wanted to read her palm. She eventually punched the woman in the face and was arrested. But recently, the IRS froze her bank account because she owes over $230,000 in back taxes and it doesn’t matter that her friend Charlie Sheen gave her $100,000 to help her out, they want the rest of their money!

She’s also battling more legal drama, for lying to authorities about being involved in a car accident.
