Flashing Lights: Mexican Pop Star Jenni Rivera Passes Away In Plane Crash

This has to be a bittersweet day for the Mexican community. Juan Marquez knocked out Manny Pacquiao over the weekend, people were rejoicing and partying and then on Sunday, they lost a Mexican reality star and pop star named Jenni Rivera who was killed in a plane crash.

Jenni had been missing and Mexican authorities had reason to believe that her plane which left Monterrey, Mexico at 3:15AM and lost contact with air traffic controllers after it lifted off was the plane that was found crashed.

Jenni sold 20 million records worldwide and leaves behind 5 kids from previous relationships. She was also said to be starring in her own ABC show entitled Jenni which is about a Latina woman working to raise a family in her own special way.
