Abel Tesfaye aka The Weeknd has announced that he has inked a new deal with Universal Republic. The Canadian singer/songwriter, along with his own lavel XO Records, has entered a deal with the major record label.

The first release under his new home will be ‘Trilogy’ which is a collection of mixed and mastered versions of songs off his popular mixtapes ‘House of Balloons’, ‘Thursday’, and ‘Echoes of Silence’.

Some additional unreleased material will also be released, with Wicked Games confirmed as the first official single. Trilogy will be released on November 13.
