11 year old Willow Smith posted this picture on her Instagram showing her tongue pierced! Fortunately it's not permanent, Willow wrote this after her fans criticized her for getting the new piercing "It's fake...Sorry."

An 11 year old with her tongue pierced? Now if that was real..SMH.
