Rihanna sat down with Oprah for her show "Oprah's Next Chapter" and of course she had to ask Rihanna about the infamous beating incident with her ex Chris Brown and how it made her feel.

Rihanna responded with tears streaming down her face as she answered the question and said, "It was embarrassing. It was humiliating. I lost my best friend. I was resentful. I held a grudge. I was dark.”
