@dependonjen

Last night the Yankees took a tough loss to the Baltimore Orioles to even out the series for the ALDS at 1-1.

The game was off to an action packed start with the Yankees hitting 2 line drives and Robinson Cano hitting the ball of the wall that led Ichiro Suzuki to running home and avoiding the tag but the luck of the Yankees would later end with Baltimore taking a 3-2 win thanks to their strong bullpen. In the seventh inning, the Yankees looked as if they were gonna catch up to Baltimore with a lead off double from Eduardo Nunez  which was then followed by an RBI from Derek Jeter. However Alex Rodriquez struck out for the second out, followed by Nick Swisher's fly out in left field.

Andy Petitte pitched well for the Yanks however due to errors and lack of offense the Yankees let this one go right through their gloves. Although I have to admit the Orioles bullpen looked very strong and prepared, they are seriously under rated and in my opinion under appreciated.

Lets see if the Yanks can come back from this loss Wednesday night in the Bronx.
