Writer Lizzy Goodman shadowed the very frugal rapper Kendrick Lamar during the Yeezus tour, there are some very notable highlights. Kendrick Lamar told New York Times that he could not make it rain in the club, which is unheard of. It is clear this LA rapper wants his money to last, buying a $524,000 dollar home in California. "Cheap" is rarely used in the Hip Hop rapper dictionary, investing in business and other things besides chains and cars is quietly overlooked

Besides dot giving Financial insight, he talks about the lack of aggression in the music industry. To revive hip hop's hostility, the 'Art Of Pressure' rapper released a pretty lethal 'Contol' verse. The seven time nominated Grammy Rapper says

“Everybody that’s in the industry has lost their edge,” he said. “There’s really no aggression. You gotta say things particular, and everything is so soft.”
