DJ Wallah, a Newark, NJ native, made what would become his most valuable purchase in high school- a set of turntables. Sacrificing the luxuries of those in his age range at the time, Wallah exhausted all of his resources in order to build his music catalogue because what started out as a hobby quickly developed into his passion. Starting with small local events, Wallah continued to develop his skills and expand his network as he entered college.
After a short period of time in college, DJ Wallah was infamously known on his campus as the premier DJ. As his popularity grew he began to venture out and accept bookings at other campuses, but after observing the wins and losses of those around him, DJ Wallah decided to take the lead and become the promoter of his own events. This decision quickly turned out to be for the best as legions of supporters up to the thousands would show up to his events on any given day. With his celebrity steadily rising, Black Entertainment Television (BET) took notice and DJ Wallah began to make appearances on BET programs such as Rap City as well as the prime time show on the network, 106 & Park, on numerous occasions. This led to DJ Wallah being the featured DJ alongside respected household names such as Busta Rhymes, Juelz Santana, 50 Cent, Rick Ross, and countless others.
The efforts DJ Wallah took during high school and developed through college finally paid off in July of 2009 when he was inducted into the world renowned Heavy Hitter DJ crew. This accomplishment opened the door for DJ Wallah to not only pursue his love of being a disc jockey on a full time basis, but to also further develop his brand.
Already a savvy businessman, DJ Wallah has aspirations to conquer radio waves and television frequencies everywhere. Equipped with the knowledge and lessons of those that preceded him along with the undeniable ambition that motivates him to aim for nothing short of being the best, DJ Wallah's name is sure to be etched in the minds of crowds everywhere as the next big thing.
