Fitness guru Gunnar Peterson has a reputation of getting A-list celebs into tip-top shape. Peterson has Kim doing an intensive workout plan that will get Kimmy back into her skimpy bikinis in no time.
The post-pregnancy workout consists of pushing a 200 pound sled down a 90 foot track, cardio boxing, dead lifts, rowing machine, and squats. Peterson says “We always mix strength moves with cardio intervals and I find that combination is what really works best for me… but everyone is different."
If Gunnar Peterson's training doesn't work, Kim can always go on Kanye's old workout plan!
