New artist August Alsina is touching on some very heavy topics plaguing today's society in newest

single 'FML'(F*ck My Life), featuring former D boy Pusha T.

The New Orleans native touches on the darker side of human nature in visuals co-directed by Payne Lindsey, delving into the issues of depression and suicide. In the powerful imagery Alsina hangs from a noose.

Alsina ends the video with his own heartfelt and encouraging message:

“I’ve been where you are. Through the struggle and through the pain. It’s what makes us stronger than most. When there seems to be no way forward you have to make a way.”

The young star also posts the number for The National Suicide Prevention Lifeline. Watch thought provoking visuals below
