National Walking Day

Today is the American’s Heart Association’s National Walking Day, and everyone is encourage to get up and walk for at least 30 minutes. This annual event promotes the importance of physical activity and a healthy heart. Walking can also help to reduce stress and increase energy at any age. So, if you can, get on your treadmill, or take a walk outside alone or with your friend, and start today to jumpstart your way to becoming a healthier you.
