Hotstyle Hot Summer Body Workout

Summer is approaching and you may be trying to get that hot body before the heat is on and the cookouts begin with Memorial Day weekend. Here's a simple workout to try at home, to tone that body and lose some pounds, especially if you cannot get out to the gym.

The 100 Workout

Do 100 jumping jacks

Do 90 crunches

Do 80 squats

Do 70 leg lifts

Do 60 jumping jacks

Do 50 crunches

Do 40 squats

Do 30 leg lifts

Do 20 jumping Jacks

Do a brisk walk or run for 10 minutes

Stay motivated and try your best to work towards completing these exercises. Be sure to breathe and stretch upon completion and always check with your doctor before you do any exercise routine.
