Tools like "Lose It" (www.loseit.com) and "My Fitness Pal" (www.myfitnesspal.com) helps you to input foods that you are eating to help you know the nutritional content, and to help keep track of how many calories you should eat daily, and to help you watch your sodium and sugar intake. They even help to keep track of your workout regimen and your daily/weekly weight loss. The apps and others can be easily downloaded on smartphones to help you stay focused. Don't give up!! Your six pack is coming, your tight legs are coming, or just looking more fabulous is on its way. Keep pushing toward your summer slimdown goal!
