Radio and television personality K. Foxx, in conjunction with creative artist and event management firm The Teknique Agency, have joined forces to bring a glamorous prom experience, The Princess Project, to 50 high school senior girls.

On May 21, 2013, K. Foxx will be surprising the unsuspecting high school students with a team of celebrity hair stylists, makeup artists, and stylists to give them a Prom Princess makeover complete with complimentary clothing, shoes, and product. The ask is for donations of the following:

  • cosmetics
  • hair products

QUANTITY: 50, but any amount is appreciated. Your generous donation is tax deductible.

ABOUT K. FOXX
K. Foxx Foxx grew up surrounded by the sounds of the streets and the creative energy of New York City. She honed her talents as a dancer in while attending the prestigious Professional Performing Arts High School. Studying with the world renowned Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre she knew her path was toward the world stage.

K. Foxx attended the historic Shaw University in North Carolina where she first ventured into radio and television. Her million dollar vocals were syndicated across several radio markets. Her striking beauty was seen for the first time while hosting the nationally syndicated television show "Hip- Hop Nation".

K. Foxx landed her big break hosting South Florida’s number one radio show “The Takeover” with the world renowned DJ Khaled. Television came calling soon after, landing her slots on Telemundo's hip hop show “The Roof” and UPN's “Toss it Up”. K. Foxx was recognized as Best Female Air Personality by the Miami New Times, and voted Best Radio Personality by the Broward New Times. In 2007, K. Foxx released "I Am Every Woman", a calendar which received rave reviews. In the calendar, K. Foxx depicts women of color that have inspired her, “I wanted to do something a little different from all of the eye candy calendars that were out there. I wanted to give inspiration to young females and also pay homage to the ladies that inspired me."

K. Foxx's dedication to the community is paramount. She visits high schools, speaks to troubled youth and promotes non-violence. Her recent endeavor "The K. Foxx Princess Project" gives high school seniors the chance to have the prom of their dreams. These are young women who have excelled in their studies while making it through the adversities in their lives. "This project is dear to me because I wanted to give back to young ladies who have excelled in school but may not have the means to really enjoy the one night of their life that should be a cornerstone in their development".

K. Foxx has returned to where it all began, New York City. Her voice can be heard every weekday morning during the Cipha Sounds and Rosenberg Morning Show only on HOT 97 and on the weekends. From numerous magazine shoots, music video, and national television shows K. Foxx is becoming a global figure in the entertainment world.
