Born in Puerto Rico and raised in the Bronx, Monse, from “The Angie Martinez Show,” has made his way from behind the scenes on to the airwaves. Starting his career as Angie’s personal assistant, he moved on to become the official producer and board operator of “The Angie Martinez Show.” Monse also hosts numerous events throughout the city such as the monthly “Who’s Next Live” series at S.O.B.’s. He is also the president of the “Tabaqueros” Entertainment Company. Monse has his own time to shine on the HOT 97 airwaves on Sunday afternoons. You can catch Monse doing his thing on “The Angie Martinez Show” every weekday from 3-7 PM and on Sundays from 12pm-5pm only on HOT 97, “Cuz Monse said so!”
