The host of HOT 97’s popular “Throwback at Noon,” Mister Cee takes pride in educating a new audience on the classic hip-hop and R&B of years’ past. His extensive music knowledge and record collection are on display every day.

Known as “The Finisher,” the Brooklyn-born Cee has a distinguished history in hip-hop, first as DJ for the legendary Big Daddy Kane and as the man credited for discovering and subsequently executive producing The Notorious B.I.G.’s first album Ready to Die. Mister Cee has recently appeared in the movie NOTORIOUS, the film about the late rapper’s life. Known to “finish up strong” on Fridays, Cee utilizes the end of the work week to play his best material.

Not only is Cee satisfying fans on TV, radio and the club scene, but he’s quenching thirsts with his Tropical Fantasy soda appropriately called “Island Punch Finisher.” From 2000-2006, Cee held down Club Speed weekly, where he broke some of the biggest artists in the music industry such as 50 Cent, Dipset, Akon, Keyshia Cole and many more. Cee also has his very own radio channel in the Grand Theft Auto IV: Liberty City video game. Mister Cee is more than music; he also talks sports weekly on SNY (Sports New York). Mister Cee represents for FunkMaster Flex’s DJ crew The Pitbulls and continues to keep the party jumping in whatever club he is spinning in around the tri-state. Listeners can always catch him weekdays during the “Throwback at Noon”, and weekends during “Friday Night Live” from 8-10 PM only on HOT 97.
