Can you believe it’s been this long?
Today (Jan 16), the music world celebrates the life and music of Aaliyah Haughton for her 39th birthday. It can be argued that meeting Timbaland and Missy Elliott to create her very successful sophomore album was one if not the biggest turning point in her career as One In A Million gave the genre a brand new sound and direction to work with.
To celebrate her day, both legendary producers remembered “Baby Girl” in seperate Instagram posts remembering the singer and their time together.
