Major League Baseball is ruling with an iron fist when it comes to Alex Rodriguez.

A-Rod has officially been suspended for the rest of the 2013 season and the entire 2014 season.

In total, A-Rod will be missing out on 211 games causing him to lose $33 million dollars.

The Yankee third baseman will be appealing his suspension, since he didn’t admit to using any illegal substances. A-Rod couldn’t negotiate a deal with the MLB, resulting in a longer suspension than any other player involved.

This is the longest suspension ever handed out by baseball.
