Can grown men be bullied? Grown football-playing men? Believe or not, yes.

Miami Dolphins’ Jonathan Martin walked out on the team because of his teammate, Richie Incognito’s excessive bullying. No one knew exactly what was said, and what the extent of the bullying was but according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, a piece of evidence of the harassment was revealed to the NFL and the Dolphins via a voicemail Incognito left on Martin’s phone back in April where he calls Martin a “half-n-----“ and threatening to kill him.

The message was said in a racist tone and when transcribed:

"Hey, wassup, you half n** piece of s*. I saw you on Twitter, you been training 10 weeks. [I want to] s*** in your f* mouth. [I'm going to] slap your f mouth. [I'm going to] slap your real mother across the face [laughter]. F** you, you're still a rookie. I'll kill you."*

Here’s a video via TMZ of Incognito dropping the N-word:

According to more reports, the Dolphins locker room is divided on the whole situation. Some players believe Incognito didn’t do anything wrong and it isn’t as serious as people are making it out to be while the half believe this suspension was needed to send a message to the team and the league.

I’m sure there will be more details to come about this bizarre story. I only say it's bizarre because you don’t usually think of a football player as being bullied. They’re big strong man with the mentality to kick ass and if anything would be the bully.
