Thursday November 30th 2006 HOT 97 produced its first ever live free concert “Thank You New York” dedicated to it's listeners who have been holding down the station since its roots. The event was held at the Nokia Theater located in the heart of Times Square.

HOT 97 said thank you to its loyal listeners in a big way on Thursday November 30th with a free concert at the Nokia Theatre. It was the first concert of its kind and definitely a memorable one. A select group of listeners won a chance to hang out in the VIP section lining up outside the venue as early as 5pm in anticipation of meeting their favorite artists.
