The 2014 Winter Olympics are revealed! Just 2 weeks before the Opening Ceremony in SOCHI, Russia, Team USA athletes modeled the official uniforms.

Ralph Lauren once again designed Team USA Opening and Closing Ceremony uniforms and this time, the uniforms are 100 percent made in the USA. Along with the Ceremony attire, Lauren also designed a unique collection of village wear apparel and accessories for the teams. The village collection includes a mesh polo, a half-zip mock neck pullover, a long-sleeved Team USA T-shirt, and a full-zip fleece sweatshirt.

Most of the pieces are limited edition, including the cardigan. Team USA gear is more expensive than in Olympics past, from $75 for a belt to $598 for a symbol-showered sweater. This year’s Olympic gear pays homage to American craftsmanship — the wool used for the patchwork was carted from Oregon, spun in Pennsylvania and North Carolina, and knit in California.

More than 40 domestic partners who helped manufacture the uniforms was "a lot more complicated than people imagine," Lauren says, considering the quality, consistency and quantity desired. "It's harder to do in America just because so many vendors no longer exist."
