Chris Brown is in more hot water.
The L.A. District Attorney has filed a case claiming Chris Brown violated his probation by submitting fake community service records. The chief of police wrote a letter saying that Chris Brown did complete 202 days of community service that he had to do stemming from his domestic violence case with Rihanna but in a recent investigation found that Brown may not have fulfilled 180 days of it.
He is saying that he lied about finishing his six months of trash removal. In one instance he was credited for a day of removing trash when airline records show he was traveling to Cancun, Mexico and back from Dubai. He also got credit for doing an overnight cleaning shift when a commercial company did the work for pay and in another instance they said he claimed to have done a full day of cleaning a street when he was 120 miles away hosting an event in D.C.
Now the D.A. is calling Chris' documentation sloppy and fraudulent and asking the judge to reject Chris' alleged Virginia community service hours and make him fulfill his obligation in L.A.
Brown’s lawyer calls the allegations “frivolous, scurrilous and frankly defamatory.” But if the judge decides to revisit the case, Chris may be sent to prison for the 2009 beating incident.
