The HOT 97 Morning Show


A nor’easter is expected to hit New York City on Wednesday and taper off on Friday.

Strong 50mph winds will hit Maine and the Carolinas while heavy rains are going to hit Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Massachusetts and Rhode Island and flooding is likely.

New York and surrounding areas are expecting to get hit with 6 inches of wet snow and 50 to 60 mph wind gusts, The shoreline is expected to have minor to moderate flooding, with beach erosion as a possibility. A High Wind Watch has been issued for the Jersey Shore area.

Winter isn’t done yet lol. It shouldn't be too bad but it's better to be prepared and aware of it. But in either case, I'm sure everyone and including myself are ready for spring and had enough of this cold weather!
