It’s never too late.
Rapper Lil Boosie was sentenced to eight years in prison in 2011 for drug-related charges and despite his hardships in recent years, he has set out to improve himself as a person. Boosie recently acquired his GED from the Angola State Prison GED program, which culminated in a “graduation” photograph with his family.
According to an interview the rapper did with SPIN, there is a possibility that Lil Boosie will be paroled in either 2014 or as early as this summer.
Lil Boosie was acquitted of first-degree murder charges in May 2012.
