Chief Keef is a free man.
The Chicago native was released from the juvenile detention center yesterday after serving 60 days for violating his probation.
Chief Keef was interviewed on a gun range in New York last June and the video was released onto the internet. The interview violated the judge’s order that he could not have any contact with firearms. The order stemmed from a 2011 incident where the rapper pointed a gun at a police officer.
Hopefully he will focus on putting out more music now that he’s free and more importantly, help in stopping the violence that’s been plaguing the streets of Chicago lately.
