Ebro In The Mornings w/ Laura Stylez & Rosenberg

Jay-Z, hip hop mogul and more recently head of Roc Nation Sports, is under fire from the NFLPA for signing New York Giants player Victor Cruz without first obtaining the proper certification.

The issue is further rooted in Jay’s partnership with Ben Dogra of the CAA (Creative Arts Association), who is responsible for signing Victor.

However, The CAA has excused this mishap because of a longstanding good-terms relationship.

It would appear that Jay is making sure his other sports business ventures are being handled correctly, as he applied for a Major League Baseball Players Association (MLBPA) agent certification one week ago.

Anyone entering the sports realm will have to make sure things are done correctly, that's just the way it is.
