The HOT 97 Morning Show

The Milwaukee Brewers will be losing one of their premiere sluggers, Ryan Braun, for the rest of the 2013 season without pay.

Braun has been lying to the fans of Milwaukee and to major league baseball for a couple years now, stating that he does not use any type of enhancement drugs.

Results came back from the lab and he tested positive for performance enhancing drugs and high levels of testosterone in his urine sample.

Braun has been suspensed for 65 days -- costing him about $3 million of his $8.5 million salary.

He will be able to return next season with a "fresh start", but of course, he will never be looked at as the same type of player that he once was.

Everything good that he does from this point on, on the baseball field will come back up into conversation.

This was a choice that Braun made and he has to be able to live with it. A-Rod is on the chopping block now.
