Remember Greg Oden? If you don't, he was the first round draft pick in the 2007 draft by the Portland Trailblazers.
He was a super-star at Ohio State University, but when he came to the NBA his knee became a huge problem for him -- leaving him to only play in 82 NBA games in six years,
Oden also has not appeared on a NBA floor since Dec.5th 2009 but now as a free agent, the seven-footer says that he wants to come back to the NBA and his wish may come true.
The 2013 champion Miami Heat and the second place San Antonio Spurs are the front runners in giving him his wish to play again.
Oden's last surgery was 17 months ago and he says he will be ready for preseason but is he really going to be ready? Will that knee of his be strong enough to keep up with the fast pace play of the Miami Heat? Or will he want to play the slow ball pace of the San Antonio Spurs?
The Spurs would probably be a better fit for him being that he moves up and down the court really slow, and their style of ball is not fast paced,
