New York Knicks' J.R. Smith is in trouble again.
The guard has been suspended for five games because he failed the leagues substance abuse policy. He was tested positive for having marijuana in his system according to league sources.
In July, Smith signed a $18 million three year contract extension. Shortly after, he went into knee surgery that almost cost him part of the season with the Knicks.
Smith's career has had many issues -- a 90-day prison sentence for a car accident that killed a passenger in 2007, a seven game suspension in 2009, he was also suspended 2006 for the Knicks-Nuggets brawl and in 2007 for a night club brawl, not to mention beefs he's had.
Anyone else not surprised J.R. Smith got caught smoking weed?
