Lindsay Lohan's Lawsuit Against Pitbull For Slandering Her Name Gets Dismissed
Lindsay Lohan has managed to embarrass herself in court once again.
In 2011, she accused Grammy-nominated rapper Pitbull of slandering her name in the song he’s featured in with Neyo and Afrojack “Give Me Everything” saying it caused her “emotional distress.”
She attempted to sue him and recently went to court for it but the judge that handled the case did not believe Lindsay’s allegations and ruled that Pitbull’s use of her name in the lyric “I got it locked like Lindsay Lohan” was protected under the rights of the 1st Amendment. The lawsuit was dismissed.
Freedom of speech goes a long way.
