The HOT 97 Morning Show

Chris Brown's trial was postponed until June. This simply means he will stay in jail until late June. The judges have decided to reject immunity to his bodyguard Christopher Hollosy. The trial that was set to take place on Wednesday was put on hold because the bodyguard was set to testify for Brown. He was suppose to reveal that he hit the guy that jumped in Brown's photo with two women outside of a Washington Hotel last October.

Christopher Hollosy was held on assault but he plans to appeal. His lawyer firmly stated that unless his client is given immunity, he will not testify until he is finished with his appeal.

Let's just say this is a tough time for Brown, because prosecutors are saying this whole process could take up to over a year. It doesn't seem they're going to buy Hollosy testimony either.

Brown was turned into the Marshall's and transported back to California.

Behind bars and all he still manages to have number one songs on the radio. We hope he can overcome this entire situation, and get back to the music once he's free.
