Halle Bailey has revealed she has written enough songs about her son, Halo, to fill an entire album.

On Saturday (Jan. 25), the “Angel” singer shared updates about her much-anticipated solo project and hinted at the possibility of reuniting with her sister, Chlöe, on the record.

“I’ve written so many songs about my son, and I really like them all, but I’m like, ‘How many is too many for the album?’” she asked her Twitter followers. Fans quickly responded with excitement. One user joked, “Girl, release an album called Halo. We’re ready,” while another humorously referenced Luther Vandross’ “Never Too Much.”

When someone suggested releasing an EP instead, Halle seemed intrigued. “OMG. Kinda love this idea,” she replied, hinting that she might take the suggestion seriously. She also teased a possible surprise for Valentine’s Day, sparking speculation about a new single or the long-awaited release date for her debut album.

Fans of Halle and Chlöe as a duo had more to celebrate when someone asked if Chlöe would feature on the album. Halle responded simply but decisively: “Absolutely.”

While it’s been some time since the sisters released their sophomore album, Ungodly Hour, they recently collaborated on “Want Me” by Trouble In Paris. In late 2024, they also reunited for the deluxe version of FLO’s Access All Areas, contributing to the track “Soft (Unlocked).”

Chlöe, speaking to PEOPLE last year, shared her excitement about their future projects.

“I know she has a lot going on, and I’m so proud and excited for her,” Chlöe said. “I cannot wait for us to finally piece together the body of work we’ve been talking about for so long. At the Fashion Awards, we performed together again, and it felt so special. I can’t wait to do that again with another album.”

With Halle Bailey’s solo artistry continuing to evolve and her bond with Chlöe remaining strong, fans have much to look forward to. Whether it’s a heartfelt tribute to her son, a Valentine’s Day surprise, or new music with her sister, Halle’s upcoming album promises to be an extraordinary journey.
