Singer Jessie J has publicly revealed that she has been diagnosed with early-stage breast cancer.
In an emotional Instagram video posted on June 3, 2025, the 37-year-old artist shared that she received the diagnosis nine weeks prior, just before releasing her single “No Secrets” in April. Despite the serious nature of the news, she maintained her characteristic humor, joking, “It’s a very dramatic way to get a boob job”.
“No (more) Secrets and is it too soon to do a remix called ‘Living my breast life’?” Jessie wrote via Instagram. All jokes aside (You know it’s one of the ways I get through hard times) This last 2 months have been so amazing, and having this go on along side it on the sideline’s has given me the most incredible perspective. BUT… Your girl needs a hug. Also not getting massive tits. Or am I? No no… I must stop joking.”
Jessie J plans to undergo surgery shortly after her scheduled performance at London’s Summertime Ball on June 15. She expressed her initial hesitation to go public but ultimately chose openness to foster support and solidarity with others battling similar conditions. She reassured fans with a touch of humor, emphasizing her strength and determination.
Her upcoming “No Secrets Tour 2025” across Europe and the UK is still scheduled to begin later this summer, with the first show in Amsterdam, according to her website
