A new amended lawsuit filed against Ye, formerly known as Kanye West, outlines a series of disturbing allegations brought by his former assistant-turned-chief of staff, Lauren Pisciotta. Filed on July 8th, the complaint expands on earlier claims, now accusing the music mogul of sexual assault, harassment, battery, sex trafficking, false imprisonment, and more. Pisciotta worked closely with Ye for two years, beginning during the Donda album era.

The suit describes an escalating pattern of alleged abuse, with Pisciotta claiming Ye used his influence and promises of professional advancement to manipulate and intimidate her. In one instance, she alleges he attempted to force himself on her; in another, that he performed oral sex on her without consent. These incidents reportedly took place while she was under his employment.

Her attorneys also reference Ye’s own public statements, including a February post on X where he admitted, “I’ve hit women before.” Pisciotta claims that after she left her position, she moved out of state to distance herself from him, yet the harassment allegedly continued — including incidents of swatting.

This amended complaint builds on Pisciotta’s original 2023 lawsuit, which started with claims of wrongful termination and sexual harassment. By fall of last year, sexual assault was added. Now, the list has grown to include over a dozen accusations, ranging from stalking and gender discrimination to intentional infliction of emotional distress and promissory estoppel.

Attorney Arick Fudali of The Bloom Firm, who represents Pisciotta, spoke with Complex last month about Ye’s unpredictable social media behavior during the ongoing case. “In all my years representing alleged victims,” Fudali said, “I’ve never seen a defendant publicly post statements that resemble admissions while a case is still in litigation.”

Ye’s representatives have yet to respond publicly. Complex has reached out for comment.
